Brand new 🧨 Mon Ster Stem Top & Handlebar Clamp Assembly For Hiboy® S2 & S2 Pro Electric Scooters ✨

The stem top and handlebar clamp assembly for Hiboy® S2 & S2 Pro electric scooters is a strong metal casting that connects the handlebar to the top of the scooter’s folding stem. In addition, this S2 component holds the LCD screen display. There is an integral hook on the rear that mates with the hold-down latch when the stem is folded down.

Other than the short section which slides into the stem, the stem top has a black powdercoat finish.
